Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 5, 2025

1) Scope

This policy applies to membership fees, live/recorded seminars, and digital content sold via our online services.

2) Delivery / Start of Service

Access starts immediately after successful payment.

3) Membership (Annual, Auto‑Renewing)

  • Effect of Cancellation: Access to member‑only pages and member services ends; previously purchased videos remain viewable (subject to your personal, non‑transferable, non‑downloadable viewing license).
  • Term: One (1) year from your join date, auto‑renewed annually unless you cancel in advance.
  • How to Cancel: Any time via your Member Page (My Account) at https://membership.oc-earth.jp/mypage. If you cannot access your account, email usa@oc-earth.jp.
  • Effective Time: Immediately upon completion of the cancellation process. No refunds or prorations of the remaining period, unless required by law.

4) Digital Content & Event Access (One‑off Purchases)

All sales are final and non‑refundable. Order Cancellations: After payment is completed, order cancellations are not accepted and amounts paid are non‑refundable, except where required by law. If we cancel a paid event or prolonged unavailability is caused by us, we may offer substitute access or a reasonable refund at our discretion.

5) Mistakes & Duplicates

If a duplicate charge or mistaken purchase occurs due to a system or operational error on our side, please contact us within 7 days; we will correct the charge where confirmed.

6) Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable laws.
